Unlike POPP’s Wireless Phone Service, our Internet Phone Service does not include built-in battery backup.
During a power outage, service will only continue if:
- The VoIP Gateway/ATA remains powered
- Internet equipment remains powered
- Any connected phone system or device remains powered
