Basic and Basic Plus Voice Mail Router and Boxes have been grandfathered, meaning POPP is not able to set up new or make changes to existing service. Contact POPP if you need more information.

See your POPP invoice report 020 or 202.
Look for Single Voice Mail Box, DID VM Router, Basic Voice Mail Router, or Basic VM Router Plus to determine which type of Voice Mail you have.
