Legacy Email Instructions

***POPP introduced a new webmail platform in June 2018, and we are in the process of transitioning all clients from the legacy e-mail platform to the new webmail platform. If you currently use our legacy e-mail platform, you will be contacted by our team to schedule a time for your transition. If you would like to transition to the new webmail platform and have not yet been contacted, please call 763-797-7900 between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday and we will schedule your transition. If your e-mail service was added after June 2018, or if you’ve already transitioned to the new webmail platform, you will find new e-mail client setup instructions here.

Check Your E-mail Settings

When setting up e-mail on POPP’s network, please verify that all e-mail users have the correct settings. Without the correct settings, your e-mail may not work properly. Please adjust your e-mail settings using the instructions below.

NOTE: If you are converting your e-mail from another provider, do not delete your current e-mail account until all of your e-mails have been saved to your computer from your current provider’s server and you have verified that e-mail is routing through POPP.

For additional assistance with e-mail settings, call 763-797-7900.
