LSR Instructions

LSRs are to be emailed to clientservices@popp.com. Please use the most current LSR forms available from ATIS. Handwritten forms will not be accepted. An FOC or reject will be returned within one business day of receipt of a request.

POPP adheres to the time frames and rules established by the FCC, as well as the Simple Port process, requiring only the customer account number, ZIP code, and telephone number for single line accounts. Additional information can be found at www.fcc.gov. Changes or cancellations can be made on or prior to the due date by submitting a supplemental LSR to clientservices@popp.com. If you wish to notify us of an impending change or cancellation that will be sent to clientservices@popp.com, contact our main number (763-797-7900) and ask for Provisioning.
